Melting metals at temperatures of thousands of degrees rely on our composites. Support components of induction furnaces resistance coils are made of special glass fiber composites. The U.S. company Inductotherm Corp., the worldwide leader in induction technology, is one of our unique customers in those products. We manufacture their supports from G-10, fiberglass epoxy board for electrical applications, or GPO-3, a widely used electrical insulator based on glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheet with excellent mechanical and electrical properties including arc resistance.
